This Audi A7 S Line 3.0 TDI V6 came to us with no known faults, the customer wanted us to delete the start/stop function and was looking for a bit more low end acceleration. from factory these cars are already pretty quick with 245 bhp and 500 Nm torque however, with our Stage 1 remap we were able to achieve 295 bhp and 600 Nm torque giving the car an additional 50 bhp and 100 Nm torque. It now launches like a rocket and will keep on pulling all the way through the rev range whilst achieving 45 mpg.
A 2014 Fiesta ST in amazing condition it must be said. The customer doesn't use the car very often but wanted a stage 2 tune to bring together recent engine modifications which include stage 3 intercooler, cross over pipe and a cat back exhaust system. A healthy gain of 33bhp and 60Nm torque.
Having been previously tuned by someone else the customer wasn't happy with the power delivery at the bottom of the rev range, being a Supercharged 3.0 V6 power delivery should be instant as it doesn't suffer with the lag associated with turbo charged engines but this one was very hesitant. The car now has a smooth, instant delivery of power gaining an additional, healthy 60 bhp and 50 Nm from the standard set up. We also deleted the start/stop function.
Another day, another BMW. This time it's a 118d. We've tuned this one to 205bhp from it's factory 143bhp. Customer had previously had the DPF and EGR mechanically removed so we needed to tell the ECU this information during the tune. We also disabled the Stop/Start function.
Mercedes C220 CDI customer was looking for a bit more low end grunt so we tuned it to stage 1 and made this already powerful engine a little bit more potent with an extra 20bhp and 60Nm torque. Customers feedback was that it felt smoother and more powerful.
This week we set to work on this 2014 BMW 116d. This one has the the 2.0ltr engine which meant after a stage 1 tune we were able to achieve a whopping additional 74bhp and 140Nm torque all within the safe limits of the engines capabilities. Customer was amazed how differently it drove.
